The thing that makes these projects succeed isn’t team size — it’s having senior operators who’ve seen the failure modes. Big consulting firms are great at RFPs and terrible at shipping. We’re the opposite.

How we work with enterprise

We don’t replace your engineering team; we extend it. Our typical role on a large engagement is as a specialist partner on a focused deliverable — an AI module, a critical integration, a digital-product launch, a data pipeline. We work inside your tooling (Jira, Linear, GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, whatever) and inside your review gates.

When you’re running an enterprise programme across multiple jurisdictions, you want the deep-thinking done by people you can reach without a nine-hour time difference. Our Australian base means strategic reviews happen in your morning. Code is written by Australians in Australian working hours. Offshore contractors in the broader programme are your call — never ours.

What we won’t do

We won’t pretend to be an enterprise consultancy. We’re a tight senior team plus a shortlist of Australian contractors. If you need 200 bums on seats, we’re not your firm — we’ll tell you on the first call, and refer someone appropriate. We win by being the best team in the room on a specific, hard problem. That’s the game we play.
