Amora Digital is a founder-led, AI-first Australian studio. We problem-solve, we architect, we ship. The usual agency model — seniors sell, juniors deliver, account managers act as a telephone between them — isn't how we operate. Our Australian commitment — in writing
Plenty of "Australian" operators quietly hand your project off to a team in Manila, Cebu, or Hyderabad the moment you sign. We don't. This clause is written into every engagement:
- 100% of design, development and AI work is done in Australia by Australians.
- Zero offshore subcontracting. If we ever breach this, your remaining fees are refundable.
- Australian Pty Ltd, GST-registered, ABN on every invoice.
- AEST / AEDT business hours — replies same business day, from a human in your timezone.
- Australian hosting default — deployments to AU data centres unless you specifically ask otherwise.
- Australian tax dollars — your budget pays Australian wages and Australian tax, not offshore markup.
Why "founder-led" means something
The person in the sales call is the person building your software. Not an account manager. Not a junior on their second week. When we need additional hands, we bring in senior Australian contractors who've worked directly with the founder — named in your scope, paid fairly, trusted with your work. No anonymous labour pool, no silent roster changes after sign-off.

Finance options, because cashflow matters
For qualified clients, we offer structured payment plans on larger builds — milestone-based, no interest if you stay on schedule. For founder-stage clients with strong product-market fit, we'll look at hybrid equity arrangements case-by-case. Ask us; we'll give you a straight answer, in writing, within 48 hours.
How we choose engagements
We take on a small number of projects at a time so every one gets senior attention. That means we say no often, with a referral where we can. The clients we work best with:
