Valuation engines, marketplace platforms, agency CRMs and settlement workflows. Integrated with CoreLogic, Domain, REA, VaultRE, AgentBox and PEXA.
Australian PropTech has been promising disruption for fifteen years. What’s actually disrupted real estate has been smaller things — better phones, Domain and REA getting serious, and the tools agents use internally quietly getting 10× better. The next wave is AI-native: valuation, matching, marketing copy, inspection scheduling. We’re building that wave.
CoreLogic RP Data, Domain Group APIs, realestate.com.au feeds (where licensed), VaultRE, AgentBox, PEXA, Simpro (for property maintenance), and the state land titles registries where the work crosses into settlement. If your PropTech project needs a real data spine, we’ve usually already plumbed it somewhere.
AI-generated listing photography (upscaling, staging, twilight conversion) is now good enough to use without the “AI slop” look — when used with supervision. AI-assisted valuation is crossing into territory where it actually changes deal-flow. Voice-agent inspection scheduling is replacing the call-centre model big agencies used to run. We build all three.
We won’t build anything that misrepresents a property’s condition, value or features — AI staging must be disclosed, AVMs must show confidence intervals, automated contact must announce itself. The real-estate industry has a trust problem; we’re not making it worse.
